What is SPOTLIGHT?
SPOTLIGHT stands for Specialized Plan Of Teaching Learners Involving the Gifted & Highly Talented.
In SPOTLIGHT we work on areas such as:
Thinking Skills
Creativity
Information Literacy
Success Skills
Social and Emotional Skills
Communication Skills
We study different units throughout the school year ranging from countries, artists, insects, and everything else in between.
At SIS, children come to SPOTLIGHT every day for 1 hour. If for some reason make-up work becomes a problem in your child's general ed. classroom, please let me know!
